Happy September & Calendars for your Devices
First of all, I hope that this post finds you well. If you were at all effected by Hurricane Harvey, I am so sorry for your loss. It’s just amazing though how everyone (mostly everyone) is just so helpful and I applaud the awesome people of Texas for all the support to their fellow Texans. My own brother and sister in law were effected, but their house didn’t sustain that much damage. At least they still have a house.
One main hurdle I have overcome
I was diagnosed with HCV (HepC) in 2003. Looking back, I think I must have contracted it during the 60’s or 70’s. I was determined to beat this with natural remedies to no avail. However, the natural remedies kept the HepC from really flaring up. I was very careful to eat healthy, and to stay away from a lot of processed food that would jeopardize the health of my liver.
I decided to watch the treatments and how well people did with them. Back in the day, when there were very few choices, like interferon, I just determined that I would “watch” people as they were going through their treatments. The interferon treatments were horrible, it took up to a year to work. Not only that, it made people feel very sick like they had the flu all that time. And then a lot of people just didn’t respond well to the medicine. So in March of this year, I finally took the step to go through the treatment and I have cleared the virus! So that’s a good thing. Below are my results.
There are some other issues they are looking into that have to do with my liver, so without getting into it too much, I still have other tests to go through. I will keep you posted.
On with the challenges!
I already posted the September challenge, but just wanted to refresh your memory. I hope more people join in on the fun. I am thoroughly enjoying all the creative submissions! So until next time, as they say in Hawaii, a hui ho! Here is my last post to learn more about the September challenge.
